Victor Johnson lives in Bend, Oregon where he finds inspiration, spending time amidst the many mountains, rivers, lakes, and trees.  His most recent CD, Beautiful Things, was recorded at Soundsmith Studios in Bend. 9 of the 

14 songs appearing on the CD were written over the course of a couple of months during the spring of 2015.  

 

Victor recently performed at the Bend Roots Revival.  He also plays at such local venues as CHOW, Strictly Organic, Portello Wine Cafe, Bend Brewing Company, and other locations.  He is available to book for house concerts, performance venues, and can also provide entertainment for receptions and other special events. He is a classically trained vocalist, and performs on both the guitar and piano.

 

Before moving to Oregon, Victor lived in Atlanta, GA for 20 years where he played in several bands (Ray's the Dead, Webster, Sons of Sons, Way to Blue, VEBO) and performed at local venues and festivals.  He played solo jazz piano at the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport's international concourse and occasionally filled in at the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead.
